This section governs how 93ok settles bets based on official results and event-specific terms. Settlement occurs when the outcome of a market is determined by an official source. Bets placed after the publication of the outcome may be voided. If an event is not completed and resolved by the referee or official announcement, settlement follows the official source and, if the decision is communicated more than 48 hours after the end of the event, undecided bets may be treated as void unless the market description specifies otherwise.
93ok may cancel or void bets in response to changes in event conditions. This includes changes to venue, significant alterations in playing time or race distance, or other circumstances that affect the integrity of the market.
Outright markets include short term and long term selections. Bets on participants may remain valid under a play-or-pay framework, except where noted for head-to-head markets. If a listed participant is unable to take part, team-based outright markets may still settle normally, while individual performance markets relating to that participant may be void. Replacement participants from the same team do not alter the settlement for team markets; individual markets may be void.
Live bets are accepted on main and alternate outcomes. A live bet is considered accepted when registered on the server and a confirmation is issued, at which point the offered odds are locked for that bet. Live markets are not edited or deleted, except as required by exceptional circumstances described in these rules.
Odds displayed to customers may be shown with two decimal digits. Calculations of total odds use a sixth decimal place for precision; the final winning amount is rounded down to two decimal places. Any discrepancy observed is attributable to these rounding rules.
Markets may be voided if an event finishes before the specified time threshold. If a match is completed after 79:00, all markets are settled on the full-time result; if completed at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets may be void. Events stopped for reasons such as crowd issues or safety concerns may result in voiding of undecided markets.
Outright markets are subject to the play-or-pay principle. Bets on listed participants remain valid even if a listed participant cannot participate for any reason; such bets are treated as settled according to market definitions. Head-to-head markets are excluded from this rule; if a listed participant is replaced by another from the same team, team markets stand while individual participant markets may be void.
Scorer related bets First, Last and Anytime apply to regular time unless market rules state otherwise. Own goals may be treated as no scorer if the game contains only own goals. Bets on the first scorer are void if a player never takes the field or enters after the first goal; bets on the last scorer are void if the designated player never plays. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has occurred, bets on the first scorer may remain valid while bets on the last scorer are void. Any time scorer bets apply to players who participate, regardless of the time they enter the game.
In cases of data discrepancies or errors in results, 93ok reserves the right to adjust settlements in light of official data. If a result is revised after settlement, adjustments may be issued where the change occurs before the applicable match window closes. Bets placed on suspected fraudulent activity may be canceled or suspended pending investigation, with related activity temporarily restricted as required by policy and law.
93ok adheres to applicable KYC and AML policies and offers responsible gaming tools as part of the player protection framework. Players may request information or support regarding self-exclusion and account usage in accordance with regulatory requirements.
